Collective Memory

Description – Kinetic Sound wall installation (2019).

Collective memory was built with 17 damaged Hard Disk Drives (HDD). These HDD's are transmitting the ancient "Book of creation", while using a series of kinetic movements and embedded analog/digital sounds. The book is coded into the system that randomly decides how to “play” it each

cycle. This project suggests that media archeology will affect our future life’s at the same time it pointed out the way encrypted ancient information is decoded to us at the present.
