The range of 20 to 20,000 Hz is what is audible to the human ear. Any sound lower or higher than that frequency cannot be perceived by humans. Machine 20-20k Hz visualizes these frequencies over a duration of 19 minutes and 20 seconds as an audio signal is sent through an amplifier connected to a CRT television screen. As the frequency rises from 20 to 20,000 Hz over the duration of time, the soundwave shown as output on the screen changes with it.
